I am sorry, but the Windows98 (and WinME) Support for Gecko 1.9a was dropped in April 2006. See Bug 330276 for further Information. Also http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=8887 will give some Information. In reason of all this was an Duplicate of Bug 330208.
