Sometimes I have only Downloads window left opened, and there is no way to open a new browser window (except for clicking Firefox icon on the desktop or in the Start menu). Even keyboard shortcut would be fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Firefox 2. Open "Downloads" window from Tools -> Downloads or by pressing Ctrl+J. 3. Close browser window. Actual Results: No way to open a new window, while firefox is still running. Expected Results: Keyboard shortcut or button in a "Downloads" window to open a new browser window. In such situation you have to close "Downloads" window (actually unload Firefox completely), and then start it again by clicking on the desktop or start menu shortcut (load Firefox from the start).
