Not sure if this was done on purpose, but "nmake -f client.mak clobber_all" used to delete the dist directory. It doesn't appear to do that anymore and I've had to delete it by hand to get around some build problems recently.

this was fixed this morning. client.mak clobber_all now does rd /s /q dist
