in viewer, Ctrl-B is hard-wired to "make bold", and Ctrl-I to "make italic". I will hook them up to the apprunner editor testbed as well. note that these commands are not yet implemented as toggles. only setting the property is currently supported.

setting and removing bold, italic, and underline are now implemented. please submit any set/remove text attribute problems as a new bug. see the n.p.m.editor news group postings for details about what is and what is not implemented in the current build.
