This problem began occuring with the 20070115 build. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
That's because the update system doesn't know version 0.6a1 yet. This will be be fixed with Bug 364589 / Bug 365342.

Despite the resolution of 365589 and it's dependencies, this bug isn't fixed just yet. That's because the trunk tinderboxen are currently building the 0.3 branch for the 0.3.1 maintenance release (so there's nothing to update to), and anyway AUS has no information about a version of 0.3.1pre. It should come right when the trunk tinderboxen go back to building the trunk, so let's leave this open and check then. In the meantime the branch builds (ver 0.4a1) can now update on Linux & MacPPC. Windows has a ssh key problem on the tinderbox - I'll file a new bug on that and mark it blocking this bug. Also fixing up dependencies.

I successfully performed nightly update with 0.4a1 branch builds and 0.6a1 trunk builds on Windows 2000. Fixed by Bug 364589, Bug 368373, Bug 368718, ... Resolving as FIXED.
