Details

1. run apprunner 2. use the "Edit bookmarks" menu item to open a bookmarks window. The menubar switches to the bookmarks menu. 3. Click in the initial browser window to make it active Notice that the menus don't switch back to the navigator menus, but stay the bookmarks menus. As a result of the "close" menu item in bookmarks not working, this means you can't quit the app w/out a force quit.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
