Details

Sometime around the introduction of the animated throbbing N button the align= "right" tag started showing up as label text for the throbber throwing off the spacing of the main toolbar. Removing the align="right" fixes the problem for now (and leaves the throbber aligned right) but we'll need the real fix eventually.
Forgot to mention the current change/fix for the align tag was to edit the navigator.xul file.
