Details

nsFileURL when initialized with a FSSpec doesn't prepend a "file://" on the Mac. It also should append a trailing slash if its referencing a directory. John (McMullen) has fixes. QA: To exercise this, in apprunner you can load in "resource:/res/rdf/ sidebar.xul" and open up the "File System" container. Once nsFileURL is fixed, you should be able to browse through volumes.

Fix checked in. I can browse my file system at this url. It isn't pretty, but it's rather impressive all the same.
