can't log in to MyNetscape with apprunner

- Go to My.netscape.com
- click the "sign in" button'
- enter your username/password for mynetscape
You get a page response from netcenter saying "Not found, the page you attempted
to access was not found on netscape's web site"
Re-assigned to dp@netscape.com.
dp, aren't you and gagan already working on a bug like this?

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.
