Details

The main toolbar on linux always wraps to two rows because (I think) the fixed width of the table cell containing the main button is too narrow for linux. This is fine on mac and win32. We should try to fix this for M3. It looks horrible.

this should be fixed as soon as evaughan and hyatt land the new box stuff and the navigator.xul file that uses it.
