Using apprunner, pressing Alt-F and then O toggles back and forth between Open and Offline. This suggests that there are duplicate keyboard accelerators present for Open and Offline. I believe the O should be for Open. Offline should be L.

I don't think anything with regards to keyboard accelerators has been officially implmenented yet - Chris? From a UE perspective we will assign the 'well known' keyboard shortcuts and menmonics like Ctrl-O and Alt-F-O first, and then - at the very end - will decide on what the shortcuts and mnemonics for the remaining items will be - that is once we have final decisions on what goes into the menus. Our preference would be to leave the 4.5 ones, if and when they fit into the overall scheme. We may also have a way to configure your own. I am tossing this back to Chris - and he can throw it back to me, once the mnmemonic and cmd-keys are implemented.

Offline never had a keyboard accelerator before, and L was Forward, or Open Location on the Mac. Is offline even in the 5.0 product? targetting m4

Offline currently uses L as its accelerator in Communicator 4.51 on Windows. The March 25 build of apprunner/seamonkey does indeed have an Offline menu (which contains a submenu of two items).

I think you are confusing accelerators (aka shortcut keys) with access keys (aka mnemonics). In 4.5, Ctrl+L was the accelerator for Forward; L was the mnemonic for Offline; Cmd-L was the Command Key for Open Location on the Mac (which has no notion of mnemonics). Also, a menu item in a development build is not equivalent to a feature being in the product.
