Steps to reproduce: pages that use frameset do not display correctly: clicking on the link in the left frame doesn't make the right frame to display the linked page. Everything is displayed in the same left frame. You are not able to go BACK.

Chris -- Take a look. I'll bet it's simple, either in frames or events. If events send to Joki.
There is no url or test case associated with this bug. There are two separate bugs mentioned (1) local history is not working for framesets and as far as I can tell Don Melton should be driving that effort (and of course layout will need to provide an api) and (2) targeting documents to specific <frame>s is not working anymore and Nisheeth should be handling that. So, please submit 2 bugs with urls or test cases and assign them as I have mentioned above.
