Trying to run apprunner on a linux 5.1 box. I received a "can't find libjpeg.so error". I spoke to Leif who looked at a list of where the app was looking for the files and they were being run from the system directorys not from the local directory. The files with the problem are: libjpeg.so and libstdc++.so

apprunner should runn just fine on Linux 5.1. assigning to donm so he can field the question.
