on 3/16 build, using apprunner win95 selecting view page source does not display separate window with source

Changed target milestone to M5. Beth, we're just not going to be able to fix this for M4. I suggest you use 4.x to get page source (as I do) until then. Sorry about that.
I think I can get this going fairly quickly but it's too big a change for M4. Look for a fix after M4 is branched.
