I'm not sure if this is a bug, but hey. The Windows builds can be resized to a very narrow state, but the Mac builds can't. If this is due to the newer UI only being in the Windows builds, cool, please just mark this invalid. If not, can we fix it?

woohoo, this works as expected now. 1999092909 builds, Win32.
