My laptop has the mouse pad with a scrolling option: I can use a certain

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just click into firefox. You'll see the issue immediately after trying to use the scroll pad on the mousepad.

Actual Results:
Shows a scroll bar next to my arrow, but doesn't scroll up/down.
Expected Results:
scrolled up/down.
