Tested Mar180935 Win32 build under Windows 95J and Winnt 4.0J build. When you look at the above URL page, Japanese characters at the middle of the page are displayed as garbage. It started at the end of 7th paragraph and it ended at beginning of 8th paragraph. I showed this problem to Frank. He told me it might be the buffer boundary problem.
