Sorry, Chris, I don't see a bug on this, so here is one ;-)
In apprunner, there is no Apple menu, and other menus on the right-hand side
of the menu bar are also missing.

Both of these menus are now present as of M5. The implementation needs to change,
but that is a different bug.
