seamonkey.exe.manifest is missing the port of bug 378598 which probably is the main cause of some of the bugs Vista users encounter.

I don't think we're ready for this yet because we still write to the program folder. See for example Bug 366673 and we might also write to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE reg key, but I'm not sure about that.
