A host of flavorful, deterministic bugs emerges in attempting to load the above
URL using a build downloaded from MozillaZine's nightly slurp on March 17, 1999
(the file is 1997 KB in sum). On a freshly booted system, viewer.exe refuses to
load anything more than the banner .GIFs. In using a heavily tasked system, the
binary amusingly contained the page in full, but exhibited display errors while
attempting to scroll: the contents of following lines would overlap that of
currently positioned lines, resulting in an interesting text smarsh. Other
errors appear, but perhaps instead The Great Coders should also concern
themselves with the refusal of the viewer to accept the PageDown key's input
properly... (it will nobly attempt to scroll down, but return to it's current
position).

This should be fixed now. The pageup/down stuff now correctly scrolls pages
instead of playing around inside scrollingview.

All issues except the page up/down work as expected.

So the pgdn/up not working at all is a different bug. Its a regression covered
elsewhere in 8270. This bug is still fixed.
