Patch attached migrates the software installation pref pane to the new window. Not much more to say other than that (I noticed Robert filed a bug about enabling software updates in SM, so thought we'd better get that panel moved ;-) )

This belongs in tasksOverlay.js - emOverlay.xul needs to die! File a bug?
(Ideally blocking this bug so you don't have to add this and remove it again.)

You don't actually need permissiontype, it must have been left over somehow.
