Details
Using 3/19 build on Win 95, Win 98, Win NT, Mac8.5 and Linux.
Open URL.
Expected result: Cells should conform to text content.
Actual result(on LINUX): Cells extend the width of the page.
All platforms are OK except Linux.

We just tried this bug on both nt and Linux and it looks the same on both.
Apr 5 build.
