When I go to http://www.distributed.net/rc5/, no (vertical) scrollbar appears, so I cannot see the text which does not fit on the page. Using the M3 release, downloaded from ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/M3 on March 22

Works fine for me under NT. Either it's a Win98 problem or it's been fixed in the latest build. If you're still seeing the problem, does the vertical scrollbar appear if you resize the window?
