I've seen this both with the 0930 March 22 build as well as the certified M3 version of apprunner. To reproduce this, delete any copies of seamonkey from your PC. Then, download and unzip a seamonkey build. Launch apprunner.exe; change focus to another application running on your PC (I used Communicator 4.51). It'll take a while for apprunner to get going; when it's finished loading, switch to its window. It's not drawn correctly - it contains the visual contents of your desktop wallpaper and/or other apps depending on where it was positioned. You can't really do anything with it other than quit and restart, at which point it works fine.
