Details
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) launch apprunner in your favorite OS.
2) resize (grow and shrink) the window at least 50 pixels vertically.
3) notice the large grey area at the bottom of the screen.
* EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
the status bar should rest on the very bottom of the window.
* ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
the status bar remains in a fixed position: if the window is too small, the
status bar disappears. if the window is too tall, the large grey area
appears.
* OCCURS ON
RedHat 5.2 March 22 1999
MacOS 8.51 March 22 1999
Winnt 4.0 March 22 1999
Agreed, this is inherent to the current fixed div display limitations in
HTML 4, namely that the middle content area is fixed right now and cannot
be set to auto-fill the remaining height of the window. forward to hyatt for
tracking purposes, we need to get this box-layout like bahvior right.
