Running NT4.0SP4, 96Mb RAM, PII233MHz. The frame of images is not rendered correctly - some sort of transparency problem. It also fails to load the default right hand frame and image. However, clicking on the links is fine.

I don't see the problem you describe with the images not displayed correctly. If you still see the problem, then submit a new bug report and be specific about what video depth (e.g., 256 colors, 16K colors, ...) you're running As for the problem with the right hand frame image not being displayed, it's because the HTML has a comment that's not closed. Nope. Since we try to be as incremental as possible, and this IS bad html, I believe the right thing to do is treat the remainder of the document as bad. This falls into the category of behaviors that if propagated who lead to a worsening of the documents on the web.
