The animated alarm bell image (alarm-flashing.png) that is shown when an alarm is fired contains a small glitch. As the results the animation doesn't look smooth.
To reproduce the issue a Trunk build with APNG support is required. Schedule an event in Sunbird, let the alarm fire and watch the animation. (Or open http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/calendar/base/themes/common/alarm-flashing.png in a Firefox 3 build.) See also attached screenshot.

Not sure what went wrong here. I downloaded a new copy of the apng reminder image (from bug 288496, attachment 267421 [details]) which caused the reminder image to look fine. There was a byte difference between the two images, so it seems we checked in something else.
