I consider it a Big Deal to add new classifications of "confidential" bugs, because each one is going to clutter up the UI in a significant way. If we're just talking about letting some very small number of outside people being able to see some small number of confidential bugs, I'd rather we pursued getting them to sign something that they promise not to reveal details about other confidential bugs. Or something like that.

I have no opinion. If preventing clottered up UI is more important than having potential information leak on those confidential bugs, then let's do it... (but, doesn't that sound a bit scary?)
