In solaris 2.7 build 2000062115 in win95 build 2000062108
Click Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks
Click File-> Quit
result, whole mozilla exits, expected: only manage bookmarks exits.
Click Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks
Click File->New->New Folder,
result a window pop up with title "User Name" (solaris) or "prompt" (windows)
but it ask for the name of the new folder. Confusing
Enter: test -> nothing happens but expected a new folder (only
solaris, in windows a new folder is created)
Click File-> Quit result mozilla exits with error (only solaris)

Related to bug 40609 and maybe to 41790
You should use the "close" menu-item instead if you want to close only a window.
Quit quits all. One can argue about where the "close" item is placed however. In
all previous *nix version of Netscape have had "close" placed immediately above
the "Quit" item, but for some reason it's now moved way further up the menu now.
I didn't find it either at first - an unexpected place to look for it - the
intuitive association with the "quit"-item breaks that way.
