If you want this, you'll have to implement a Darcs driver for the Perl module VCI (because the future of Bugzilla's PatchReader functionality is bug 395744).
Sartak on irc.perl.org was working on one, once, you could perhaps ask him for a copy of what he has so far and finish it up.
