Since I found no explicit spec for the mail standalone window (I hope it is the one meant in this bug), I used the spec for the mail compose window (which looks quite similar, at least in the tasks-menu) at http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/compose/Comp_Menus.html. All accelerators and mnemonics match the spec (except the usual messed up heuristics to find the right the character to underline). WFM, 2001072503 (trunk), Win2K

I am sorry for responding late in this bug. For the Stand Alone window we match the menu with the Three Pane Mail Menus spec (http://mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/threepane/MailMenus.html).
