Overview: In the Plain Message window the accelerators for the Help menu should match the spec.

The spec at http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/compose/Comp_Menus.html does not specify what the Help menu should look like in the compose window. However, there are no accelerators/shortkeys used for the help menu nowhere in Mozilla, and the menu look just the same as in the other parts of the application. -> WFM 2001072503 (trunk) W2K
selecting invalid, there is no mailnews spec, we do, should and try to match the global spec.
