URGENT: we want to use this demo in current builds at Internet World if
possible; we can't use M3/DP2 because of a different, now-fixed bug.
Compare display of this page in Gecko DP1 and 4/2 build and you'll see the
problem right away. In 4/2, the content in the left-hand frame is not displayed.

Tested in AppRunner. (We want to use Apprunner, not
Viewer, so people see a browser-like UI for the demo.)

Another markup error. The DIVs used for the background are displaying over the
text because they come after it in the markup.
Why are you using a seperate DIV anyway?

Using 4/2 build, verified that the small_logo.gif in DIV class="topLogo" is
covered by succeeding DIV classes: DIV class="titleBar" and DIV
class="navStrip". Verified bug invalid.
