I've noticed, from time to time (but more often when the viewer app/apprunner) that on sites such as linuxpower or slashdot (larger pages), scrolling down with the keys will hit a point where scrolling no longer happens; instead the page jumps up a bit and back down, jittering back and forth. This happens even with the page up/down keys.

Michael fixed scrolling by keys to work correctly. That should fix this.
