Is this all that I need to change, or is there somewhere/something else that has to be done mozilla-side to change this, too?

There is actually more to it :) Apart from en-US snippets, all localized snippets are actually generated by script. We are also going to update several of those snippets for the 3.6 release, I think I will update our templates at that occasion and we will need to QA all links before sending a new revision to sync to Google.
