Per Page 2 of the Messenger UI Spec., it does not mention how the sideBars will look. steps: 1. Execute apprunner.exe 2. From the Tasks menu, select Messenger to open the Message center Actual result: Only one sideBar exists for both the Message Envelope and the Message Body pane. This disallows the user to view the entire content of the Message Envelope pane. Expected result: Both the Message Envelope and the Message Body panes should each have its own sideBars.

Some one has fixed this.

Using 1999060708M7 on Win32/NT4. Verified Fixed on Win32. The Message Envelope and the Message Body each have their own scroll bar. Mac: Scroll bars do not appear for the Message Body. They do appear for the Thread Pane and the Message Envelope. Linux: At this time unable to test due to bug#7417.

I will recheck this in the M8 build when it is available since some fixes referenced in bug# 6735 may clear some of these issues.
