Details
At http://www.coolsavings.com there are a couple animated gifs that cause
strange flashing on Linux. Something weird with the IE gif and the advertising
in the upper right of the page.
This is the page you are sent to since the user-agent is not recognized by the
site.

My bet is that the condition has been fixed
