I believe this bug refers to the general fact that when you print, margins
aren't yet as they were on 4.x, so I'm going to add info to this report rather
than creating a new bug report.
The problem is not just the top margin and it's not just on Linux. Print
http://blues/users/ekrock/publish/bugs/M10/print.html
with 4.7 and with AppRunner 1999102508 on WinNT 4.0 SP3 to see the problem. The
left margin and top margin are both smaller in AppRunner than they were in 4.7.
Changing tag for this bug from [PP] to [4.xP].
[Note that this test document is an AOL confidential document, so don't attach
it to this report as a test case!]
Wired in the margin code. Still need to find out what is going on with the top
margin. My guess (not knowing much PS and not having a reference) is that the
page sizes need to account for the margins. Don?

Sorry for the spam, changing QA contact on printing bugs to our new printing

Margin settings have been wired in, and top is being accounted for. Done is
going to to do some related work now for setting correct page size. But, at this
point, you should be able to change margins and see that in fact the changes
affect the printed result.
looks fixed now, I'll let Shrirang mark it verified fixed...however
there is another printing problem with a blank page showing up
when I go to pick up a print job....
