Using the April 7 build of apprunner, if I show the area of the window that contains bookmarks, using either of the two thumbs there causes them to blink until I use the other thumb. Expected behavior: they shouldn't blink.

I do not understand the problem. What do you mean by "thumbs"?

Thumbs are those things inside of scrollbars that you can click and drag to scroll the window. (They're proportional on Windows but not on, say, Mac OS 7.6.) Did that help?

The bug shows up in test #7 on viewer (Win32 only). Reassigning to XPToolkit.

When I "minimize" the toolbar at the bottom of the page, then move the mouse pointer to any links in the page, the thumb will blink also. I'm using the latest M9 win32.

Still a problem in the 1999120608 build, Windows 98. For example: http://www.transaero.com/cgi-bin/flf.pl Drop down one of the destination lists, and then click underneath the thumb. Result: the thumb starts blinking.

Verified fixed in the 1999122011 M12 branch build on Win32.
