Changes to the RDF graph are not propogating out to hierarchical (tree,
toolbar, menu) widgets. I think there are two problems:
1. The menu and toolbar widgets need to be able to handle structural addtions
(E.g., new child nodes)
2. All three need to handle attribute modifications (e.g., change the text for
a bookmark, etc.)

Fixed. To verify, use dom-test-2.xul in apprunner, change the text of the
personal toolbar using the "change text" button, and verify that it changed
correctly in both the bookmarks pane and the sidebar.

Hey Chris, the testcase listed to verify this bug doesn't appear to be working,
which tells me a) I'm not using it correctly or b) something is broken. Would
you mind taking a quick look? Or showing me how?
Thanks dude! -ckritzer
