Talos is no longer just used to test firefox. The code itself has been made generic and refers to 'browser' instead of 'firefox' or 'Firefox'. Filenames that are prefixed with 'ff' should be renamed to reflect this.

Looking over the repo, I think that this is a pretty small win for a lot of cleanup work. We can re-examine in future if it is actually getting in anyone's way.
