To see this, load the page above (and reload) in 4/7 Mac bld. ==> Some of the accented char's aren't displayed (missing char symbols). This problem with frame element is not limited to Latin-1. It also happens with EUC-JP, SJIS and ISO-2022-JP frame element pages.
