I select the Subject's header column and it sorts all the messages alphabetically as expected. One of the messages begins with the number "3" and it places this message between a Subject that begins with "j" and another that begins with "l". For example: - Introducing Netscape Inbox - Just QA test36 - 3 accts, this for qatest36 - lkjl After retrieving a message that begins with "2" the new order is: - Introducing Netscape Inbox - 2 test or not to test - Just QA test36 - 3 accts, this for qatest36 - lkjl

Scottip did mention something to us about sorting by date, but did not mention this scenario to me.
