I have Cookies set accept cookies for sites
Do not accept cookies for third parties
Setting under private data all items checked.
Does not matter if a manual clear is performed or an automatic one upon exit.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.tools>options>privacy
2.click on settings under private data
3.Select all items
4.Click on clear now
5.verify
6.click on exceptions under cookies
Actual Results:
All data cleared except for:
Exceptions should have been cleared.
Expected Results:
Exceptions are not cleared.
Need more information please feel free to contact me.
The exceptions table keeps track of sites that have been visited.

You stored the exceptions and such informations should not be deleted or do you expect that the clear private data options deletes your bookmarks ?

Exceptions and bookmarks are very different. The exceptions list clearly leaves a trail of sites that have set cookies. Bookmarks are my choice. Thus the exceptions list leaves a trail that is more like history than it is like bookmarks.
Thus I still think that this is a privacy bug.

Yes, it's true that it leaves a trail for websites that you visited in the past. But I think that most people would *not* want those exceptions to be cleared, otherwise they would have to re-enter them.

Privacy means privacy>>no tracks.
There is a simple solution to this that can satisfy all.
When you click the Clear History check mark under privacy it sets up a mode that becomes active when the browser is closed asking you what to eliminate.
It would be very simple to simply add to this list of items the "Exceptions Items". Then the user can decide if they want those items saved or removed.

We clear permissions/exceptions nowadays.
