Mac only: Edit Copy doesn't work in URL control

Details
On the Mac, if you select text in the body of a HTML document and then select
Copy from the Edit menu, the text is correctly copied to the clipboard. However,
if you instead select part of the URL that was entered in the URL control, and
select Copy from the Edit menu, the selected text is not copied to the
clipboard.
