It froze a couple of times before, but this time it froze and never came back. I had to reboot after I pressed Ctrl Alt Delete I hit End task that did not work had to reboot. It froze the whole computer to.

I see no problems under Windows 98 using the April 9 builds. (I've looked at this site periodically over the last six months and I've never had it not load.)
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
