this came in over the talkback wire. nsbeta2 bits. Windows 98 4.10 build 67766446 talkback report 15828248 -- go to the test url above click on "login for registered users" in the left frame. should get re-directed to https://sec.westpactrust.co.nz/servlet/Banking?xtr=Logon works ok on 4.x does not redirect in m17/beta2

This works for me on the mac. Does this still happen on Windows 98?
This would work on WinNT and Win98 if the latest PSM 1.2 was checked in to the commercial builds. Will verify when Bug 49475 "Latest PSM 1.2 should be installed in Win32 and Linux" is fixed.

I thought you already had the latest PSM 1.2 drop you were gonna get. Perhaps it got misplaced again. BTW, I don't think there are plans to bundle Final PSM 1.2 with N6 since there is no new release due out soon. Pind ddrinan to find out status on this.
Reopening. This is still not working on Linux and Win98. Ok for Mac.

Marking dupe of 54031. https://sec.westpactrust.co.nz, is the site attempting to load, and is an IBM Domino Server. Comments from javi in bug 54031 - "We notified IBM about this before PSM 1.2 came out. We were originally going to enable TLS in 1.2, but decided not to so that Domino server customers could be told about this problem. Just in case you didn't know, the problem is due to a non-compliant SSL implementation in the Domino server. IMHO It's better that web administrators know their sites don't work with the Beta product and fix their sites before the RTM version comes out. That's why we're choosing to enable TLS in Beta 3 instead of waiting utnil RTM." *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 54031 ***
