I ran an environment string dump program on Mozilla and this is what it returned: HTTP_USER_AGENT = Mozilla/5.0 [en] (Win95; I) in Netscape 4.51 it returns: HTTP_USER_AGENT = Mozilla/4.51 [en] (Win98; I) Its reporting the wrong OS in Mozilla. It should be (Win98; I)

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.

The user agent string reports "WIN95" for *all* Windows platforms (NT included). I'm adding code to query the OS version and set the string appropriately; should go in later today.

I just checked in a fix. I handles all 3 flavors of windows now.

verified using the 071699 build -- actually we checked it on all platforms and they all return the correct info.
