QA currently using April 10 build for testing due to last two builds not installing Apprunner.
Summary: base.exe for April 11/12 builds only installs Tallback. → base.exe for April 11/12 builds only installs Talkback.
Severity: normal → critical

these are not M4 builds.

These builds failed originally; i believe all is back to normal.

I'm reopening this; i should add logic to the delivery script to not deliver if the build fails.
