pretty self-explanatory, I think it's something like maxmenuwidth isn't set or something like that. I've seen this bug before, and it was fixed, but I can't remember the bug number, and can't find it. This is a regression, I think.
seems that this is only consistent on classic. In modern, it seems to fix itself by restarting mozilla.
